The swimming pool marks a unique place in the school campus. Every student at DPS – MIS can feel proud to be part of this institution and avail the best facility provided with the size similar to any of the swimming pool that can almost match the standard of Olympic size.
The six lane indoor fully-heated swimming pool facility has adequate changing and locker room provision for 20 boys and 20 girls at a time. The water is maintained at a constant temperature of 27 degrees centigrade using state-of-the art boilers with electronic controls.
A 3-metre diving spring board and two 1-meter diving boards are provided at the deep end of the pool. The filtration equipment provided ensures international health standards in water cleanliness. The facility also has adequate indoor seating for 200 spectators for competition events. The total area of this building is 17,650 sq ft.
