13 students of DPS Modern Indian School accompanied by their debate coach Ms. Jaya Majumder participated in Qatar Debate Training Workshops for Nationals on 19, 23 and 26 March ,2021 via Zoom.
The resource person, Farhan Sakkir one of the alumni DPS-Modern Indian School gave a detailed analysis of a sample debate. He focussed on strategic analysis and principled arguments and suggested to include certain important moral and practical questions to get proper attention and. In general, he gave tips on strategy and style to build a strong case and honed the attendees analytical and persuasive skills. He even helped the coach in final team selection.
