Notes
  • DPS-MIS charges Transport Fee by term
  • If a student has attended even a day of the academic session and wishes to withdraw transport fee for that term, there will be no refund of fee paid
  • Transport fees will not be adjusted in case of change in location (Zone) till the end of the term.
Fee Payment Method
  • Cash, Debit/Credit card and current dated cheque-(in favour of “DPS-Modern Indian School”) are accepted at the fee counter. The Cheque should contain the admission number, class and name of the student on the backside. The fee receipts will be provided at the counter.
  • Secure Payment Gateway- Login to your parent ID on the website, click on Online Fee Payment and you can pay the fees using CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.
  • In all the above cases, the receipt will be made available at the fee counter, parent portal or emailed to the parent at their request. The receipts for online payment will be available after 2 working days from the date of transfer.

Notes
  • Fee must be paid in full at the beginning of each school term.
  • Late fee will be charged as per the below table

  • Fees for the term can be deposited on any day of the particular term (During the Office Hours)within the stipulated date except on Fridays, Saturdays and any other holidays.
  • If after the last date, the fee is still not paid then a fine will be levied. After two reminders, the name will be struck off the Nominal rolls. Re-admission fees of QR.300 along with the late fees will have to be paid in such cases. It is not mandatory on the part of the school to give reminders for the non-payment of the fees.
  • Tuition fee for a particular term has to be paid even if the child remains absent for that term.
  • Re-admission fees (inclusive of all fees and re-admission fee of 300 QR.) will have to be paid if a child applies for re-admission into the school after taking the transfer certificate for the same academic year.
