Please note :
  • DPS Modern Indian School is under the aegis of DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL SOCIETY, NEW DELHI.
  • We follow C.B.S.E curriculum only (INDIA).
  • Our academic session is from APRIL to MARCH.
  • July, August are summer holidays and December winter holidays.
  • We have classes from Nursery to XII.
  • Admission is purely on merit which will be decided based on the performance of the child in the exams conducted in the previous school and the ADMISSION TEST conducted by us.
  • Students should appear for admission test in English and Mathematics (Classes III – V ) ; English , Mathematics and Science ( Classes VI – XI ) .
  • Mid –Term admission will be done only if there is a vacancy. Syllabus will be according to term wise.
  • Admission requests are entertained only against vacancy status.
  • In case a child wants to join our school in the middle of the academic year subject to availability of seat he / she should take the admission test in the topics covered in our school at that particular term.

MANDATORY DOCUMENT TO BE SUBMITTED FOR ADMISSION FOR:

For Class I – XII
  • Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school.
  • Copy of report card of last class attended from the previous school.
For Class IX to XII
  • Migration certificate only if the child comes from other board / curriculum (applicable for students taking admission to XI & XII)
  • The parent has to submit a letter stating the reason for shifting to the new school in case of MID–TERM Admission (XI to XII)
  • CBSE Registartion number / card in case of MID- TERM admission to class IX- XII.
  • A copy of father’s job Transfer Order or Offer Letter given to him by the company in Qatar has to be submitted (IX-XII).

  • Copy of Child’s passport first & last page
  • Copy of father’s passport first & last page.
  • Copy of mother’s passport first & last page.
  • Copy of Child’s Resident permit. (QID)
  • Copy of father’s Resident permit. (QID)
  • Copy of mother’s Resident permit.(QID)
  • Copy of Health card / Health Insurance.
  • Copy of blood group report of the child.
  • Copy of Immunization card of the child.
  • Copy of Immunization card of the child.
  • 3-Passport size photographs of the child
  • 1- Passport size photograph father and mother

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE ADMISSION ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
  • The form can only be filled on the basis of the Form no and PIN Code given in the money Receipt while buying the registration form.
  • It is mandatory to fill correct information
  • Qatar Resident permit number (Qatari ID No.) is mandatory to fill.
  • The names of the student, Father and Mother has to be as per the Passport
  • Fields marked in RED are mandatory fields
  • If you are opting for Admission for any class between classes I and X then it is a must for you to specify the 2nd language option.
  • If you are opting for Admission for any class between classes III and VIII then it is a must for you to specify the 3rd language option.
  • In case there are siblings of the child presently studying in the school then please specify the admission number of any one of the siblings.
  • It is important for you to correctly mention the Email ID for correspondence and phone number.
  • After filling the form please do the final submit and then take the final print out of the form.
  • After doing a Final Submit an automatd email copy of the form would be sent to the provided email id for your reference.
  • Please enter below the Registration Form number and PIN number as printed in the receipt. It is important to enter the correct number as it would be later on matched with the data in the school.

Please note :
  • The decision of the Principal / designate shall be final.
  • Age Limit: The child should have completed 3.6 years (ie 3 years and 6 months) as on 1st of April for Nursery(KG-I) and 5 years and 6 months for class I.
  • For Nursery & Prep child’s preparedness for the specified grade is tested. In class I to V, a written test is conducted in English and Maths, VI to X written test is conducted in English, Maths and Science. All test are followed by interaction with the Principal.
